Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Framia AI mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Framia turns photos and text prompts into AI-generated videos and images. Generations consume credits, which you receive from subscriptions, credit packs, or promotional grants. Credit costs per generation are shown in the App before you confirm.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

• Subscriptions (weekly or yearly) renew automatically until cancelled in your Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Credits and premium features are granted after the store confirms your purchase. Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits.
• Purchases are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple/Google policy; refund requests go through the store you purchased from.

3. Your content

• You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload, including the consent of any identifiable person in it.
• You retain ownership of your uploads. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.
• Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use your generated content for personal or commercial purposes.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the App to create or attempt to create:

• Sexual or exploitative content, including any content involving minors;
• Content that harasses, defames, or impersonates a real person without their consent, or is intended to deceive (e.g. deepfakes presented as real);
• Violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content;
• Content that infringes third-party rights.

Uploads and prompts are automatically screened; violating requests are blocked and repeated violations may lead to account termination without refund.

5. AI-generated content

Results are produced by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect. Content is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee any particular quality or outcome. Generated creations are stored temporarily and deleted after the retention period shown in the App — download anything you want to keep.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. You may stop using the App at any time; deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
